Your dashboard is included

Add new products, replace photographs, change prices, update stock and manage orders yourself. There is no service fee each time you make one of these changes. A guided handover helps you use the everyday tools; the account is for content and shop management, rather than unrestricted plugin installation or site redesign.

The initial 20 products are the upload allowance we handle for you. They are not a permanent shop limit. Hosting and software capacity still apply; substantially larger catalogues or traffic needs should be discussed before launch.

Let us handle extra uploads

Prefer us to do the data entry? Choose 10 additional standard products for £50 once, or 25 for £100 once. These packs are optional; adding products yourself has no additional service fee. The project brief shows the selected pack separately from your monthly payment.

You provide ready-to-use product names, descriptions, prices, stock information and images. A standard product uses one price and stock record. Multiple sizes/colours, subscriptions, catalogue migrations and data cleanup need a separate quote. Product-upload packs do not consume the monthly support allowance and the same work is not billed twice.

Know the full commitment

Online Shop costs £99/month for a minimum of 18 months (£1,782 in package payments). With an optional 10-product upload pack the minimum combined amount is £1,832; with the 25-product pack it is £1,882. These totals exclude your separate domain and payment-provider charges, plus any separately agreed extras. The billing dates and optional one-off charge are confirmed before you pay.

Standard shop software and hosting are included. Payment providers charge processing fees under your own merchant account. No paid app or additional platform subscription is added without agreement. Your domain, store content and merchant account remain in your control.

What needs a tailored scope

The fixed package is designed for a standard single-currency shop with straightforward UK delivery. Subscriptions, complex variants, international tax/shipping, marketplace sales, custom stock integrations and specialist checkout rules need a separate scope. We check suitability before accepting an order; the £99 offer is not a promise of unlimited features.

Before launch we test the agreed catalogue, basket, checkout, payment success/failure, delivery rules and order emails. Activating payments depends on the merchant provider approving your account. You remain responsible for product accuracy, legal policies, fulfilment and customer service.
